I have been coming to this restaurant for a long, long time. After the Koi Palace opened its door in the next plaza, I tried both of them. I decided I still like this restaurant better.Food is above average. I come here for the dinner party special when we have a group of people. I also like the dim-sum here.Price is reasonable. Not as expensive as the Koi Palace next door.Service is better than other Chinese restaurants.Over all it is a good choice for Cantonese food.

Solid food, best in town. Staff works really hard. Parking was a bit tough, took use 10 minutes of circling the lot to find a spot.

Food was excellent. Could be a bit difficult to order or pick your food if you're new to this style of food or don't know the language. Luckily someone in our group spoke the language.

This place is unquestionably one of the most pleasant restaurants in the area. Every time I go there I am highly pleased. They always keep their very high standard service and the highest level of meals they provide. You always win with this restaurant. Very recommended.

One of the best in the south bay, and line is not long.

Dim sum here is always good. The waiters are quite helpful in getting specials. The servers know when you don't need any more food.

Great food, not expensive.

Haven't been here for quite a few years because the dim sum was not great. Decided to have mom's birthday dinner here (heard it was better than dim sum). Ordered a variety of fresh seafood and chicken. Did not like the chicken, but the seafood was pretty good. The fish and geoducks were delicious. The lobster, though fresh, did not look like it was a full 2 pounds. Prices were high for the fresh seafood. Overall, it has good and not so good dishes and the service was acceptable.

Overall most the dishes were good. Most of the dishes taste just like any other domain places. The roasted duck; however, was the worst dish I ate. The roasted duck was too oily, and it barely had any meat on the bone.

I always come in the afternoon for a dim sum brunch on the weekends. Huge selection and great special selections.

Better than koi palace and no line

I celebrated my birthday this evening in this excellent restaurant. I am glad to say that we enjoyed a great evening and the place was undoubtedly one of the reasons for that outstanding evening. The team helped in a lovely way, the cuisine was tasty and my friends were extremely delighted. We shall absolutely visit again for more joyful events. thanks very much.

Went out on a Christmas Eve with the team. All the staff is pretty fast feels like a freeway lol. So one has to be very quick of what they want or wanna try. The staff mostly talks in Cantonese so I had no idea what they are saying but thanks my people in my group who well versed with the language. We ordered a lot and tried good dumplings with hot tea. It was a really good experience. I also saw they had good noodle. Good for groups and the ambience is like a typical restaurant. It was also jam packed at lunch time.

Good choice if you want some decent Cantonese cuisine at milpitas, Bay area.

It can be a little bit long to wait 4 dim sum but the food is very good

This was a great dim sum place back in the day. Now it's just OK, but you don't have to wait long for a table, unlike Koi Palace next door.

I don’t know why most people rated four star for Mayflower, but this is definitely my favorite dim sum restaurant. It’s not that crowed and the service is nice, and the price is fair. Food is delicious and good!

It was very good. I've had better in the Bay area but this was definitely a stop worth while. Reasonable pricing and pretty good food. The Shanghai dumplings were as close to authentic as you'll get. 4/5. A 5 star would be the best I've had so it's a solid 4

It was pretty good, but the waiting was very long since Koi Palace had a private party. I enjoyed the food.

Joined a wedding reception here. Great service and usual good Cantonese fancy dining. They allowed club music, although their dividers werent so soundproof, especially for grandma's 81st birthday across the wall, but nonetheless our reception was great!

Solid choice for weekend dim sum. Able to handle large groups and the carts are frequent. Order early if you want something specific since special orders take a while.

Pretty good dim sum. The durian pastry was disappointing though. Need to reserve a table well in advance for weekend meals

One of the finest Cantonese good you can find in Silicon Valley . Came here many times and food is always tasted great and authentic. I used to come and eat the fried clam in black bean sauce which never failed me. I love their crab but never try tonight. The giant Garoupa fish cooked 2 ways is something new. Typically a long wait during peak hour but today I came at 630pm but quite empty. They served dim sum and I always enjoy it!

We've been coming here for years. The food gets served hot and fast. It's best to get there early or you'll end up having to wait for awhile.

I am rating it a 4 star for the service. The waiter was really friendly and recommended some dishes for me. This is supposed to be a dim sum place but no dim sum is served for dinner. So I had to order some other dishes. I had a clam and tofu with beef. They tasted OK, probably not the best I had. I would come back here again to try the dim sum, but not other food.

No wait on sat at 1pm, good food and lots of choices come out from carts. Everything good except one of the lady without customer service. The rosted pork is not the best, giant calm with soya sauce.
